RP consultants have been involved in design and delivery of professional
development programs in many countries worldwide. Our training modules
are highly focused and designed to suit the specific technical,
commercial and cultural environment of the client company.
Our training and development effort is directed at four target
groups:

Introduction
Resource Personnel Pty Ltd. was founded in 1995 to provide recruitment,
training and consultancy services to the upstream oil and gas industry.
RP Training comprises of a team of some ten trainer / consultants
and three support staff, based in our offices in Perth, Australia.
The technical and business material developed and delivered covers
geology, petrophysics, reservoir engineering, production technology,
drilling and petroleum ‘risk and economics’, as well
as training events tailored to client’s needs. All RP trainers
also remain active as technical and business consultants in RP Integrated
our consultancy business.
RP has designed and delivered projects for a variety of clients
including Shell International, Woodside Petroleum and increasingly
RP is required to conduct projects outside the Oil and Gas sector
for clients interested in our learning consultancy and development
skills rather than technical content (accountancy firms and banks).
Key Qualifications of RP
RP Staff Trainers / Consultants have on average
more than 20 years of diverse experience with International E&P
Majors.
Integration of technical, commercial and human skills
is standard practice in RP learning events and is viewed as essential
to achieving the goals of any business focused training investment.
Substantial Current World-wide Projects enable
RP personnel to retain insight into a wide range of oil and gas
business environments.
At this time we do not deliver scheduled public courses. All our
work is performed in-house specifically for the client.
