Frances Corless - Director
Frances is a human resource professional with over 18 years international
experience primarily in the oil and gas industry. For 12 years Frances
worked in Europe for Shell, Getronics and Phillips in a variety
of HR roles, gaining experience in all facets of the function.
Frances moved to Australia and initially worked for an established
oil and gas recruitment company before founding Resource Personnel
Pty Ltd in 1995.
At RP, Frances manages the HR responsibilities for a variety of
clients, which includes recruitment, consulting, employee relations,
remuneration and benefits, organisational effectiveness, training
& development and executive coaching.
Julie Arslanoski - HR Manager
Julie has extensive Human Resources experience working in the oil
and gas industry most specifically in the Middle East where she
lived for many years.
At RP Julie is responsible for the placement of candidates who
work in the upstream oil & gas area (Reservoir Engineering,
Petrophysics, Geology, Geophysics and Production Technology).
Julie believes in liaising closely with our clients and candidates
throughout the recruitment process, working as a team to match the
best companies with the best people. Julie adds value to each project
through relentless commitment and endeavour, working with an enthusiasm
and professionalism that is channeled via close and constructive
liaison at every stage of the process.
Julie continues to place strong emphasis on fulfillment of service
that is delivered with a personal approach and she ensures that
the quality of service delivered at RP is high, as it is an integral
part of the continuous success, growth and reputation of the company.
Gareth Henderson - Subsurface Manager
Gareth has a BSc in Geophysics from Liverpool University and an
MSc in Petroleum Geophysics /Geology from Imperial College. He has
16 years of experience in the industry, 12 of these as a Petrophysicist.
He has extensive experience in field operations, development and
unitisation. For the last 7 years primarily working as the Senior
Petrophysicist on numerous integrated reservoir development teams;
Principally for Shell OPCOs.
Geographically Gareth has worked on assets throughout Northern
and Southern Europe, East and North Africa, the Middle East, Australia,
SE Asia and onshore US.
Richard Hamilton – Principal Consultant
Richard joined RP in August 2007 and has more than 20 years experience
in reservoir and production engineering. His reservoir engineering
expertise encompasses well test design, execution and analysis,
reservoir surveillance and numerical reservoir simulation.
Richard is also experienced in well completion design, well stimulation,
wireline surveys and well surveillance. Richard’s other area
of competence is in the preparation of gas sales and transport agreements.
Richard studied in Holland and has a BSc and Masters degree in
Geology from Utrecht. He moved to Australia some 11 years ago and
has worked as a consultant to oil and gas companies both in Australia
and overseas.
Paul Dominic - Principal Consultant
Paul has 30 years of industry experience in Malaysia, the UK Central
North Sea, the onshore Syrian Euphrates Graben, the US Gulf of Mexico
and the Australian North West Shelf. He has had over 20 years of
experience in various reservoir engineering roles and has led and
facilitated integrated teams in the last 10 years, working on a
diverse range of onshore and offshore projects.
Paul’s area of interest is in developing and enabling integrated
teams to address oil and gas opportunities in a structured manner
utilising a decision driven work philosophy that delivers quality
deliverables in an efficient manner.
Paul joined RP in 2007 and is available for general upstream and
reservoir engineering consulting and running opportunity framing
and maturation workshops. He is also responsible for growing the
consultancy business and developing and maintaining systems and
processes to ensure that RP delivers at all times for our clients
and consultants.
Martin Kennedy - Principal Consultant
Martin Kennedy has over 25 years of experience in the industry
working mainly as a petrophysicist. He started his career as a logging
engineer with Schlumberger and subsequently worked in R. and D.,
for government and latterly for a number of mid-sized operators.
Between 1996 and 2002 he was the Chief Petrophysicist for Enterprise
Oil and then moved to the same role in Woodside before leaving to
become a consultant.
He has worked in many of the world’s classic petroleum provinces
and thrives on problems that do not have neat, clear-cut answers.
He has particular interests in carbonates, fractured reservoirs,
‘Russian’ logs and thinly bedded reservoirs. He has
experience of data-room work, unitisation, field developments, exploration,
operations and geophysical applications.
He also has expertise in many of the peripheral areas of petrophysics
such as Dipmeters and Image logs, production logs and reservoir
monitoring. He regularly gives training courses throughout the world
and has published a number of papers covering various aspects of
petrophysics. He has a B.Sc from Bristol University and a Ph.D in
Electrical Engineering from Edinburgh University.
Fadwa Abdallah – Principal Consultant
A highly experienced Reservoir Engineer Fadwa has worked within
the oil and gas industry for over 25 years. Possessing a particular
interest in data management and information engineering Fadwa initially
acquired her knowledge and experience in this area from her combined
roles as a Reservoir Engineer and a Data Acquisition Engineer then
by working in collaboration with a large IT team, extensively in
the definition, development and setting up of the Woodside Energy
production and business information data systems between 1983-1994.
After this Fadwa took on the role of Business Information Coordinator
to define and facilitate data flow between the various technical
divisions in Woodside however more recently has become involved
in the area of Reserves Coordination and Data and Systems Integration.
Fadwa has a Grad. Dip. in Business from Curtin University as well
as a B Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from Cairo University.
